Through her career in Executive Search and Consulting, she has partnered with organisations including LVMH, Christian Louboutin, Ralph Lauren, Aesop, Puig, Nike and adidas, giving her a unique understanding of people, performance and the pressures of modern leadership.
Originally from Spain, Patricia has lived and worked across Spain, Italy, France, the UK and the US and speaks four languages. Her international outlook, extensive corporate network and instinct for bringing together exceptional people and experiences inspired the creation of the business: a more intelligent and highly personalised approach to wellbeing, designed around the realities of today's organisations and their people.

She has successfully launched and led wellbeing for highly recognised businesses including Diary of a CEO and has designed and delivered wellbeing experiences and corporate retreats for globally recognised brands, entrepreneurs and influential individuals. Her approach combines deep expertise with an intuitive understanding of people—creating programmes that feel inspiring and restorative while delivering a genuine and lasting impact.
As Director of Wellbeing, Claudia leads the development of our wellbeing philosophy, experiences and practitioner network, bringing together exceptional experts and evidence-informed practices to create programmes tailored to each client, team and objective.
